- Digital Services: If the campaign has not started or is proven to contain technical issues caused by DigiPub.
- Product Orders: If the item does not match the description, is damaged, defective, or fails to arrive.
- Custom Printing: Refunds are processed only if the print quality does not match the approved design or there are material defects.
Refunds for eligible claims will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Refund Process for Digital Advertising Services
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the service activation.
- If approved, refunds will exclude the costs incurred for ads already delivered.

- Any relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
4. Product Returns
If you purchased a physical product through our platform:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped.
In such cases, sellers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
6. Non-Refundable Items

- Digital downloads, unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible.
- Customized or personalized products that were produced as per your specifications.
- Completed digital ad campaigns and paid advertisements.
